Pablo Allamand and Guillermo Gaona founded AG in the 80’s with the goal to create meaningful change for the community and industry as a whole.
Our creative outlook and customer satisfaction rates didn’t go unnoticed, Santiago Downtown is one of our most successful projects. This project consists of 7 buildings at the heart of Santiago’s business district, giving us the opportunity to showcase our talent.
Throughout the years, AG became a part of a larger group of businesses in the real estate development realm, providing key input on projects throughout Chile and the United States.
The success of the Santiago project allowed us to expand our operations, leading us into Miami. We decided to make the switch from passive real estate investment to full development of residential projects, not only serving high-end clients, but also providing affordable housing buildings.
Throughout the entire transition, we stayed true to our core values, which can be seen throughout our company to this day. Today, AG General Contractor LLC is dedicated to various types of residential construction in South Florida. Partnering with our sibling company and their clients gives us a foundation to tackle new projects and continue sharing our knowledge on design-build services that utilize the 3D BIM model.
Pablo Allamand is a Chilean Architect/Developer/Builder with over 40 years of experience on more than 10,000,000 sf of projects developed and built.
He is a certified General Contractor in Florida, and he has been building High-End residences, waterfront, and inland for over 10 years.
His background as an architect is a game-changer in the construction industry, establishing a fluid relationship with the clients, preparing the construction documents and securing the projects approval and permits from regulatory authorities.
