The Future of Bidding is Here: Introducing the AG Subcontractor Portal

A new way to collaborate, built for you

At AG General Contractor, we believe innovation isn’t just about the homes we build — it’s about how we build them. That’s why we’ve created the Subcontractor Portal, a digital space designed to make your work easier, faster, and more transparent.

For years, subcontractors have faced the same challenges: scattered emails, unclear scopes, delays in sharing plans, and lost opportunities. We listened, and we acted. The Subcontractor Portal is our answer — a hub where every trade can connect with AG projects in one place.

Why this matters

When bidding is slow, everyone loses time. And in construction, time is money. With the portal, we’re cutting through inefficiency to give you:

  • Clarity – see project details and architectural plans up front.
  • Speed – submit your proposal in minutes, not days.
  • Fairness – every trade gets equal access to information and opportunities.
  • Opportunity – stay informed about open, upcoming, and closed projects.

This is more than a platform. It’s a partnership — because your craft is what makes our projects possible.

How to use the Subcontractor Portal

Getting started takes only a few steps:

  1. Access the Portal – Click on the link in our website or announcements.
  2. Create Your Account – Register your company once. Future submissions will be even faster.
  3. Explore Projects – View which projects are open for bidding, which are coming soon, and which have closed.
