AG General Contractor was founded in the 1980s by Pablo Allamand and Guillermo Gaona with a clear mission—to create meaningful change in both the industry and the communities we serve. This ambitious development of seven buildings in the heart of Santiago’s business district became a testament to our expertise and vision.
As AG grew, we became an integral part of a larger network of real estate development businesses, contributing key insights to projects across Chile and the United States. The success of our Santiago project propelled us to expand into Miami, where we transitioned from passive real estate investment to full-scale residential development.
